As seen by John
It was a great day for a hike, not too hot and not too cold, a light breeze at times and virtually no bugs. The sun was bright, the sky was blue with a few clouds here and there. The photos will tell the story. Nine of us met at the Poulsbo meeting place (Paul, Bob, Cindy, Sue, Mark, Vivian, Kevin, Joyce, and me).
According to my GPS the hike was about 8.2 miles with an elevation gain of a little over 3,000 feet. This includes the little detour on the Silver Lake trail. We returned to the trailhead about 5 hours after the start.

- Due to the snow completely covering the trail in the area of Camp Windy, Paul, Bob, and I missed the sign for the Silver Lake trail and took it in error to this viewpoint.
- Back on the correct trail Mt. Baker came into view.
- First to the top, Cindy, Mark, Vivian, and Kevin at the lunch spot (and Sue that took the photo).
